Clinic Policies 

Prior to your first appointment, you will be emailed a health history form. Please have it completed before your appointment.  This form must be updated once a year or any time there are significant changes to your health history (ex. surgery, major illness). The information in your file can only be released with your consent. The first few minutes of your appointment will be spent going over your health history and discussing your reasons for seeking massage therapy.

A strict 24 hour cancellation policy will be honoured and the full treatment fee will be charged if you are unable to make your appointment. If you need to adjust your treatment time for any reason (ie arriving late or needing to leave early), the full treatment fee will still apply. I understand that personal circumstances can affect appointments. However without notice, I am unable to fill last minute cancellations and as such, allow other patients to benefit from an available appointment.
